Refund policy

At Novemae, we want bedtime to go smoothly — and that includes ordering from us. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Our return window is 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your nightlight, projector, humidifier or any other item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement — no need to ship anything back. To start a claim, email us at shopnovemae@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue. Once we review and confirm the issue, we'll process your refund or send a replacement right away.

Safety concerns

Everything we sell is intended for use around babies and young children. If you ever have a safety concern about an item you received, stop using it and email us straight away. We will refund you in full — no photo, no return, no questions.

Items lost or not delivered

If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us at shopnovemae@yahoo.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship, which is usually within 1 to 3 business days of ordering. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll take care of it.

Change of mind

Our items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, so we're unable to accept standard "changed my mind" returns. If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, please reach out within 14 days and we'll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis, such as store credit toward a different item. Return shipping for change-of-mind requests is the customer's responsibility.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
