At Novemae, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Our return window is 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement — no need to ship anything back. To start a claim, email us at shopnovemae@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue. Once we review and confirm the issue, we'll process your refund or send a replacement right away.
Items lost or not delivered
If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us at shopnovemae@yahoo.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind or wrong choice
Because our pieces ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we're unable to accept standard "changed my mind" returns. If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, please reach out within 14 days and we'll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis, such as store credit toward a different piece. Any return shipping for change-of-mind requests is the customer's responsibility.
Final sale items
Personalized and custom-engraved items (such as the Personalized Name Heart Necklace) are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
