Thank you for shopping with Novemae! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

 

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping times

Our items are shipped directly from our supply partners, so standard delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks (about 10–20 business days) from the date of shipment, depending on your location. During busy periods and holidays it may take a little longer. We source this way to keep our prices fair, and we appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping rates

Your shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.

 

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once an order is processed, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

Lost or delayed orders
